The company is formed in 1991. In 2007 of the company it was possible to unite from above 25 design - the building and specialised enterprises in holding. The considerable quantity of projects, from Technical conditions before delivery of objects of a different profile, their connection to networks of water supply, the water drain, a heat supply is executed. The company has a number of the developed and patented technologies on physical and chemical and biological sewage treatment of city territories, cottages and manors.

        The company possesses own material base necessary for a full complex of performance of design works of any complexity. Own service of the coordination of projects allows to receive accurately and in due time all permissions and coordination during project realization. Among company actives there is all necessary tool, the technician and means of mechanization for independent performance of a complex of civil and erection works on the device of internal and external engineering networks; necessary cars and mechanisms for the device of the bases of installation of metal designs of any complexity, window and door aluminum and reinforced-plastic systems.

• The Certificate № 0455-2009-7814398182-C-3 dated to 04.02.2010 about the permit to implement works which contribute to the safety of capital construction objects. The Certificate was given to LTD «Property Investment Construction Company «NKS» on the basis of the decision of the Non-commercial (Private) Partnership Council «St. Petersburg Builders Union»;
• The Certificate № 0118-2009-7814398182-П-31 dated to 25.02.2010 about the permit to implement works, which contribute to the safety of the capital construction objects. The Certificate was given to LTD «Property Investment Construction Company «NKS» on the basis of the decision of the Non-commercial (Private) Partnership Council «the Union of Designers».
