The General Contractor is specialized in complex building from the site preparation for construction, to performance of all construction and erection works by its own forces. It includes: installation of ferroconcrete and metal constructions, external and internal engineering networks «on a turn-key basis», accomplishment works in accordance with European standard. Long-term, rich experience in performing of the General Contractor`s functions and employing of up-to-date technologies allow to provide construction process at high technical and technological level.
The company is a member of self-adjustable organization NP «Saint-Petersburg Builders Association» and has the permit to works, which influence the capital construction safety.
The Service Includes:
- Performance of all construction works by its own forces;
- Control of construction and erection works performance, designer supervision in accordance with the design documentation;
- Organization and performance of construction work according to the design documentation and works schedule;
- Providing of building sites with all necessary resources and equipment;
- Organization and holding of regular meetings;
- Preparation of the land plot for construction and execution of works of «zero cycle»;
- Receipt of construction permit;
- Commissioning of the object;
- Holding of tenders and auctions to choose the appropriate terms and cost of separate types of works;
- Gathering and audit (if necessary - updating) of the executive documentation;
- Organization and carrying out of individual tests;
- Installation of engineering networks and accomplishment;
