The company carries out projects of any complexity including design of high-risk, technically complex and unique capital construction projects, from engineering survey works to commissioning. The high professionalism of the staff allows developing new projects as well as reconstruction projects: plants and industrial complexes, office buildings and shopping centers, apartment houses, residential estates and technical service stations.
The company is a member of self-regulated organization NP «Association of Designers» and has permits to works that affect the safety of capital construction, including works of general design, affecting the safety of high-risk, technically complex and unique objects of capital construction.
The Service Includes:
- Development of architectural and engineering, technological and constructive concepts;
- Development of a sketch plan;
- Project of the territory planning and surveying;
- Development of design, work and town-planning documentation for buildings and constructions;
- Coordination of all project stages in State Authorities;
- Consultation with the customer as regards to development of the task to design and obtaining of initial data for design;
- Determination of stages and cost of design works;
- Technical and economic justification of objects’ placement;
- Projects of a detailed lay-out;
- Designer supervision over design solutions realization;
