Based on the public auctions by electronic means, OOO «Investment Construction Company «NKS» and «Saint Petersburg industrial investments agency» entered into state contracts on mobilization works accomplishment at construction sites ¹23 ( for building of research and production complex ZAO «Vertex») and ¹32 (for building of pharmaceutical manufacturer of «Novartis» company), situated in the borders of «Novoorlovskaya» Special Economic Zone.
