During a rather small period of time the the building of the first stage of the cottage settlement «Peterhoff-City» is finished. 74 cottages and the Leading Company office were built. All the service lines and exterior networks were installed; the water pipe system, the sewage system, the gas pipeline and electric networks. 23 July all the exterior networks were accepted by the Committee of the State Architectural-Building Supervision.
Now the accomplishment of the built cottages is being implemented. The second stage of the cottage settlement is being built: installation of the sewage system, the water pipe system, the exterior power supply and land reclamation.
«Peterhoff-City» is a low-rise cottage complex, which consists of very comfortable houses. Moreover, the dislocation of the settlement is unique. It is situated at the distance of 300 meters from the circle road, in one of the most prestigious places of Leningrad area – in Lomonosov region.
